Before Fall is Done

When it looks like this outside:

How could I not want to bring some of that Fall beauty indoors?!?

After seeing similar autumn wreaths on other fantastic craft sites, I had to make one for our door. I used a Dollar Tree wreath base, and a few packs of silk leaves and flowers, also from the Dollar Tree. The ribbon was on clearance at Walmart, and I paid something like $2 for the wood monogram. The H was unfinished so I just hit it with my trusty Espresso spray paint. I loved the way it turned out. I wish I didn't have to take it down in a few weeks!

I picked up these adorable mini pumpkins in the produce section at Walmart for a few dollars. It took me maybe 15 minutes to hand-paint the letters of our last name on them, scatter a few silk leaves, and arrange on the bookshelf. Hooray for inexpensive, easy pretties!
